Choir Remix
Would you like to sing in a modern choir, but want something that is a lot more challenging than Remix Voices. Our sister choir, Choir Remix, might be the very thing.
Choir Remix is an a cappella (un-accompanied) choir specialising in jazz and swing songs as well more modern popular music.
Because of the fast-moving nature of this choir, and the fact that it is more musically demanding than Remix Voices, you will need to take an audition to become a part of Choir Remix. If you are in any doubt as to whether this choir would suit you, we would suggest that you join Remix Voices for at least a term to see how you get on. We would then be able to advise you as to whether you would be suitable for Choir Remix.
Choir Remix, along with Remix Voices, will have a high standard of visual presentation, but this will not involve choreography. If you love singing but dread the thought of lots of moving around, you'll fit in well with the Choir Remix philosophy.
Choir Remix, has up until now rehearsed in Godalming, Surrey, but from the Autumn 2010 is moving to Guildford, and rehearsals will be held at The County School, Farnham Road, Guildford.
